WIRELESS AT HOME

  • Installer will install and configure wireless modem at customer’s premise. They will set SSID with network key and inform customer on how to connect their laptop to the wireless internet access.

WIRELESS AT PUBLIC AREAS (STREAMYX ZONE)

  • Customer go to any public areas which have this signage:   Customer set SSID to Streamyx Zone. Make sure that WEP is disabled. To start surfing, launch web browser and the Streamyx Zone login page will be displayed. Here, key in Login ID and password. Now customer is ready to surf the Net.
